For what you get, the heaters are expensive and I wouldn't purchase again. I bought two at the same time because of their perceived quality but one was very noisy and had to be returned for a replacement.

I am totally satisfied with this product. It works really well in what was a very cold bedroom despite having other heaters in there. I set it to the maximum temp (as we had to do with lesser brands) and left the room for a few minutes and it was roasting when I returned!

Happy with it; no complaint! Have had several Dyson Heaters now. Always fancy its quality. Prefer the darker colour. Just a bit missing the feature where you can ALSO do temperature adjustment and other functions on the HEATER itself as well as the remote control...

Just bought my third one for downstairs. I am in love. Despite other people's reviews, this unit is quiet! In both fan and heater mode (even when operating in Max it is still quieter than anything I have ever owned).

I live in Victorian house, every room with air conditioning, ok summer Dyson can compete, but in winder heats up quicker and cheaper than an expensive Dacon air conditioning unit.

If your remote is lost, your unit is useless. For the price, I believe you should have the option of operating it with or without a remote. I have lost the remote many times and then panicked because I have this very expensive heating/cooling unit that would be useless unless my remote was found.

Had one Hot+cold machine and was very happy with the product because it is a heater in winter and fan in summer. Do not need two separate products Even though it is expensive the Dyson product is worth for the price. Easy to clean and safe for children as it has no blades.

It does not cool and barely heats.. just circulates the air in the room. That’s all it does! You can something around $100 that will do the same job. Looks nice though if that’s what you like

High pitch, ear piercing noise at fan levels 1-3. Due to the bold claims that Dyson makes, I bought this fan under the assumption that it would be silent. While the air sound itself isn't loud, this horrid mosquito-esque sound is unbearable.

I bought this fan for the dogs room in the garden as I did not want to create a hazard by putting a regular heater on the floor. This was stands on a table and warms up the entire room evenly in just a few minutes, almost silent and very low consumption of power. It's the best!
