Dyson's brand new Hot + Cool AM09 bladeless fan heater has come at quite the right time. In typical fashion, the British weather can't make it's mind up at the moment, making one day blazing hot, while another could be as cold as ice, and as a result, Dyson thinks it's got your back with its latest...

Perhaps more impressively is how the AM09 manages to achieve this while being significantly quieter than the outgoing AM05. The improved motor is barely audible on the lowest heat setting, and only slightly louder on the lowest fan levels.

This is the Dyson AM-09 combination fan and heater. Small enough to set on a shelf yet with enough power to heat or cool a good sized room and then some. It looks great and should go with most decors. This fan is great. NO SPINNING BLADES. Not top heavy as to fall over.

Dyson's been making "bladeless" fans for a number of years now, and they recently sent me the Dyson Hot+Cool Jet Focus - the AM09...

This machine was sent to me following a two year try with the AM05. The AM05 would work for a bit and then quit. This machine is wonderful and I thank the customer service department for being so kind and understanding and for making sure I had a machine that worked!

Good. But once switched on, the power supply takes a hit and everything (all lighting fixtures) in the room literally dims.
