Not that impressed, will wait till it gets hot this week, but my high velocity floor fan from Kmart for $40 has more power and coolness than this very expensive Dyson, maybe coming back for refund. My toaster I bought at the same time is awesome. Very happy with that but think the Dyson maybe a dud.

Second purchase of a Dyson AM09 fan heater, this time for the office. Bought with a discount during the Black Friday promotional time and am very happy with it. Works exactly as expected, warms without drying the air, much better than the previous heater and with the thermostat and heat setting will...

I wanted a hot and cool fan.This one is neater than the round fan that I replaced with it.The tilting feature is really useful as I like to direct the cool air away from my face.The remote is very handy too.I'm sure that I will enjoy using it as much in winter as in summer:)

I bought this to help in the heatwave and was very pleased with the way it cooled the room quickly and quietly. A few nights ago it was very chilly and the heater was also very good, so all in all it does exactly what it said it would, and it would have been given 5 stars if the price had been lower...

I thought this would be useful in cold weather but when you set the temperature the fan heats up and then stops. The machine then releases a cold draught, cooling the ambient air. Tried to get our money back but we have had it more than 35 days and Dyson say this is how the machine is designed.

We have cats and we don't have to worry about them as there are no blades.

I bought this fan for the dogs room in the garden as I did not want to create a hazard by putting a regular heater on the floor. This was stands on a table and warms up the entire room evenly in just a few minutes, almost silent and very low consumption of power. It's the best!

High pitch, ear piercing noise at fan levels 1-3. Due to the bold claims that Dyson makes, I bought this fan under the assumption that it would be silent. While the air sound itself isn't loud, this horrid mosquito-esque sound is unbearable.
