This cane highly recommended by friends that rely on their headset. Everyone tells me I sound like I'm in a hole when I use it. The ear piece is pretty uncomfortable too. Honestly I should send this back - people can't hear me on it and I can only wear it a few hours at a time.

Bought this less than 24 hours ago ,brilliant bit of kit , very clear sound for the receiver and sender , allows you to listen to your songs on your phone and very good if you Siri text The newer model has a charge case but for ￡16 less.

Sound quality is great. When using the ear hook the phone doesn't fit into the charging station. Kind of annoying that you have to remove the ear hook every time you want to charge using the charging station.

I have had this unit for a few years. It pairs and stays paired well. For an improvement it would be nice if the unit when charging in the provided charger base cold be charged with out removing the ear loop. Also the earloop should be added to the accessories page for ordering.

This product has some hardware bugs, and is confirmed by the Care-Center. Within a year of use or so, the mic will stop working and Plantronics may give you a new headset in exchange. Plantronics service is good, no doubt. But, why keep products with known hardware bugs in market ?

My bose bluetooth headset finally gave up the ghost, and since they stopped making them, I was forced to find a replacement. The sound quality of this is fine, but it periodically pairs/unpairs from my iPhone 6, and in busy places, there is interference which I never had with the Bose.

I bought this 2 month ago , playing up with connection also doesn't hold charge for long time . If you spend that much please go something else ... not recommend to any one
