Sound quality is great. When using the ear hook the phone doesn't fit into the charging station. Kind of annoying that you have to remove the ear hook every time you want to charge using the charging station.

Use it for work, mainly for calling in the car, which works well, even on the noisy CA freeways. Battery lasts forever. Charging case is very handy and keeps the headset safe. Connection works excellent and very intuitive. Good sound quality.
I love it... its easy to set up.. keeps charge etc.. I've had several Bluetooth accessories and this by far is the BEST one I've owned.. it doesn't irritate my ear like others have and it comes with adjustable ear pieces. the rechargeable piece that comes with works also. I have no complaints on it.
I have one and bought this for my boyfriend, He also loves his.
I will definitely use your company again.
The Plantronics Voyager Edge excels at nearly everything you could ask from a Bluetooth headset. It's small and lightweight, sound quality is crystal clear, physical controls and voice commands are easy to use, and most owners find it comfortable to wear.
Good sound quality; Blocks out background noise; Small and light
Struggles with wind noise; Shorter talk time than some headsets
Plantronics knows a thing or two about Bluetooth headsets, being one of the stalwarts of the industry, but the new Voyager Edge still has something unusual to it. Fitting in-between Plantronics' Legend and Discovery lines of earpieces, the Voyager Edge claims to pair the performance of the former...

You could always go out on Black Friday every year and buy one or two super cheap $10 bluetooth headsets and just get by...
This cane highly recommended by friends that rely on their headset. Everyone tells me I sound like I'm in a hole when I use it. The ear piece is pretty uncomfortable too. Honestly I should send this back - people can't hear me on it and I can only wear it a few hours at a time.
My bose bluetooth headset finally gave up the ghost, and since they stopped making them, I was forced to find a replacement. The sound quality of this is fine, but it periodically pairs/unpairs from my iPhone 6, and in busy places, there is interference which I never had with the Bose.
