I received this headset in December 2020 and it worked great for 2 months. Was very comfy, didn't feel heavy when wearing it and the audio was as good as I could've hoped for. However after 2 months the headset would no longer hold a charge or turn on, and I could not get a response from it despite all the troubleshooting I tried. JBHIFI were great when it came to returning the product but after some googling seems like it's a common issue with the 700 Gen 2 Model.
