The ability to have game audio from my PC/console and music/call audio from my phone all at the same time is one of the best features to ever come to a headset. I love these headphones, as far as the mechanical aspect goes, heck they even look good, BUT... I notice no cooling effect from the earcups, these things get hot during a long play session, hotter than my previous headset. They are also quite tight, especially at first, though I hear they get better after you have them for a while. Overall, for the price, I thing the pros far outweigh the cons and I would recommend these for someone looking for great audio.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not my first time using a pair of turtle beach headsets. These headsets get a star for comfort. Amazingly snug and comfortable. Breathable ear cups keeps ears from sweating. Another star goes to audio quality as these have amazing sound and the mic is very clear. I love the close to mute functionality. The Bluetooth connectivity is easy to pair with my mobile phone and tablet. The pairing to the PS4 is impeccable. I can't wait to try this with the PS5. The only con about this device is that there isnt an independent chat volume control. I'm aware of the app but programming the headset is not very user friendly and not what I want as a console gamer.

I received this headset in December 2020 and it worked great for 2 months. Was very comfy, didn't feel heavy when wearing it and the audio was as good as I could've hoped for. However after 2 months the headset would no longer hold a charge or turn on, and I could not get a response from it despite all the troubleshooting I tried. JBHIFI were great when it came to returning the product but after some googling seems like it's a common issue with the 700 Gen 2 Model.

Absolutely in love with this headset, they are very light but also very durable also very comfortable to wear! They are very simple to bluetooth to the PlayStation, just turn them on and the PlayStation picks the headset up easy! Simple to charge and has a long time use before you need to recharge them. The Superhuman Hearing feature is pretty cool and does a good job of amplifying important sounds that can sometimes get drown out, which is a huge plus for gamers! Overall I highly recommend these headphones as a nice addition for all gamers!

I can’t believe how much detail there is in video games after wearing these. I asked people I played with how clearly they could hear me and everyone says my voice is crystal clear. I’m very satisfied. I am only giving 4 stars because the battery life is definitely not 20 hours. I’d say it’s closer to half of that. The other feature that’s a little annoying is that you have to toggle the volume button every time you put the headset on for the volume to start working. I’m used to headsets just working once you press the power button. Overall this is an awesome headset and I highly recommend.
