Got this for my grandsons birthday party, was very disappointing. It doesn't charge so will have to go back. Not ordering another, very poor quality, plastic like a child's toy

I always admired Sony products when it comes to cameras and video capturing. They exactly know how it should be. Based on the manufacturers reputation and my experience with their products, I purchased this product and as always, I wasn't disappointed on this.

I got this camera few weeks ago and it never fails me.. Picture quality is really good and very easy to use. Love the zoom...

Although very lightweight and easy to use as are most Sony products, this camcorder had issues with the micro-SD card reader and started corrupting files. This was very frustrating (occurred after buying the highest rated micro SD card) and the camera was returned to the seller.

I bought a similar earlier model 7 years ago for expeditions and used successfully on Kilimanjaro in freezing temperatures and again on Mt Kenya, in heat and dust of African bush. I bought this new one for Mt Meru as mobile phone technology has improved and I wanted better quality videos.

It has been mentioned in the product details that we will get carry bag and memory card along with the camera however it wasn't there.

Instead of renting a Video Camera I decided to buy a Sony Camcorder and everyone agrees that was an Excellent Decision! Our Daughter's Beach Beach Wedding Videos turned out Beautifully!!! The colors are vibrant and the quality of the Wedding recordings are Superb!!!

Bought it and love it. It's my first camcorder in my life and just love it. It's little, lightweight, black. It's very handy. Maybe is a bit too plastic, it's Sony and I think that this brand and this price camcorder should be more sturdy. But still I love my new camcorder, it's my first one..

I no longer have this camera anymore, as I have sold it, however, I did have a good time using this camera. Very good video quality and good image stabilization. However, I wasn't huge with the autofocus clicking noise during video. It's not loud, but it is noticeable when you listen closely.

Does everything its supposed to. No fancy bells and whistles - but thats the price range for this item. Perfect for first video camera
