Included Earphones are Lacking
Earphones failed after 30 days. Very cheap quality for a $200 purchase.

GREAT product
This is a fantastic product! I hooked it up to my flat screen TV via the included optical cable, changed a couple of key audio settings on the TV (switched from TV speakers to audio system, switched digital output to PCM), plugged in my AudioQuest NightHawk headphones, and viola - incredible sound!
Pros:
- easy to set up and use extremely high fidelity audio

A good prototype, but not especially practical
I was quite interested in this because we have a fairly noisy kitchen diner where it can prove very difficult to hear the TV. The first impression of unpacking is how big everything is.
