Sennheiser HD 620S review: entry-level wired headphones with a great sound

The Sennheiser HD 620S headphones embrace a closed-back design to insulate listeners against domestic noise, rather than the HD range’s traditionally open-back design. You shouldn’t expect the sound isolation of ANC headphones, or quite the soundstage of the pricier open-back cans that the HD 620S is supposed to emulate, but the sound is still exceptional. There's just enough sound isolation for everyday domestic noise, and it may well be an ideal choice for someone starting out on their hi-fi headphone journey.
