Good choice for TV watching
I bought these for TV watching and for that purpose they work well. I have significant hearing loss as well as tinnitus and when wearing these I can not only follow conversations, but can hear the ambient sounds in a scene, such as footsteps down a hall, the crunch of a piece of toast when an actor...
Pros:
- Clarity and balance of mid-range sounds for following dialogue
Cons:
- For a wired headset, the main cord is too short for tv watching
- It should have been much shorter for use with an extension cable, or preferably about 6' longer for fewer connections

Quality headphones with balanced sound
Pros: -Sound is very balanced, does not over saturate the highs or the lows. - Comfortable ear pads, does not chafe. - Cables are durable, I have snagged these many times on furniture. The force would break or cut open some lower quality cables. - Comes with both 3.5mm and 6mm headphone cable.

These have to be the most beautiful headphones I've ever had. Sitting very well in any case on my big head and the pillows are velor-like and very soft, memory foam typical. When it comes to the sound, I think they deliver very well, but I still ask others to turn to YouTube videos such as this one...

Purchased this for my son to communicate with his friends playing PS4 games. He gave the thumbs up. He has tried a few microphones but is very happy with this one

We have a hard time thinking of anything as much fun for $180 as Sennheiser's gorgeous HD 569.
Pros:
- Rich and detailed sound
- Vast
- dimensional soundstage
- Sleek and robust design
- Great passive noise isolation
- Comfy and ergonomic fit
Cons:
- Midrange-focused sound best for acoustic instruments
- No case or folding earcups makes travel tricky
