Purchased the drive because I was running low on space on my Xbox One. Instructions claim that once the drive is plugged in, the Xbox (One) will recognize it as an external drive for games and apps and prompt to format.

very good product, easy to use and compact.

Well it does the job, which is why I paid top dollar for it, I'm not complaining, just saying. But it does look pretty damn cool with the Xbox themed case. Defiantly helps out so much having the extra space when my stock 500GB could barely fit 5 full games on it.

Showed up in no time and does the job. Pleased with it. Jayyyyyyy if you come back and read this dude you can't just plug the hard drive into the system you have to format it first in the settings.

This item is small compact and easy to use. It gives a lot more space for xbox. Now the console works faster as there are plenty of data to save any download. It is not too expensive one of the cheapest on the market and does the job very well.
