Purchased the drive because I was running low on space on my Xbox One. Instructions claim that once the drive is plugged in, the Xbox (One) will recognize it as an external drive for games and apps and prompt to format.

Used it for my stepsons Xbox one. It took a few minutes to figure out how to transfer his current game files onto this drive but once we figured it out, it was easy. I like that it gives you the option to save games o n the drive and not Xbox which saves more room. Great quality , not cheap

Love this piece of kit, plugged it in, seconds to install (im useless with tech) massive increase in memory capacity, installed loads of games & updates, so easy to use, just buy if want added storage, really is easy & excellent, cannot recommend enough

Not as user friendly as we had hoped. Have to format the drive for game play and Xbox wants the user to partition the drive before it will work.

This item is small compact and easy to use. It gives a lot more space for xbox. Now the console works faster as there are plenty of data to save any download. It is not too expensive one of the cheapest on the market and does the job very well.

Well it does the job, which is why I paid top dollar for it, I'm not complaining, just saying. But it does look pretty damn cool with the Xbox themed case. Defiantly helps out so much having the extra space when my stock 500GB could barely fit 5 full games on it.
