Samsung Tab S7+ WiFi 256GB Mystic Black SM-T970NZKEXNZ review

Android tablets don't get better than this. But do you really need all this power in such a form factor? And why isn't the screen Ultra-HD 4K for the best possible media experience?

Luscious OLED screen; S Pen stylus included - which works a treat; 10 hour battery life for streaming; Top tier power; A potentially savvy laptop alternative

Rather pricey; Android OS doesn't always feel right on such a large screen; Screen reflections; Not a UHD/4K panel; Just the one port

Samsung Tab S7+ WiFi 256GB Mystic Black SM-T970NZKEXNZ review

A true iPad Pro alternative that brilliantly balances productivity and entertainment. It'll be overkill for some, and pricey once you factor in the optional keyboard, but the Galaxy Tab S7+ is comfortably the best Android tablet around.

Stunning; ultra-smooth screen; Unrivalled performance; S Pen well integrated - and included in the box

iOS still beats Android on big screens; Costs more than many laptops; No headphone jack

Samsung Tab S7+ WiFi 256GB Mystic Black SM-T970NZKEXNZ review

The Tab S7+ is one of the most accomplished tablets on the market , but Android ‘s lack of optimisation for this form factor still holds it back slightly.

Stunning display; Stellar performance; Great speakers; Excellent S-Pen

Average software optimisation; Awkward S-Pen charging

Samsung Tab S7+ WiFi 256GB Mystic Black SM-T970NZKEXNZ review

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ wows with strong performance and a gorgeous 12.4-inch Super AMOLED display, and its S Pen and optional 5G make it the best Android productivity tablet you can get.

Solid build quality; Beautiful Super AMOLED display; Textured S Pen tip makes writing on screen feel natural; 5G connectivity option

S Pen can easily become dislodged; Android app integration still falls behind iPadOS; Optional Book Cover Keyboard Case feels flimsy

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ review

For those of us that bleeds Android, the Tab S7+ is hands-down the best tablet around. It's got enough hardware muscle to tackle any task, a screen that makes Netflix binges an absolute treat, and real productivity chops too thanks to the S Pen. And let's not forget 5G support, which you won't find on any iPad. Anyone that doesn't already own a handful of Samsung devices will appreciate how it comfortably undercuts the iPad Pro 12.9, and that you don't have to spend extra on a stylus - but it's true that Apple's operating system is just that little bit slicker on the big screen than Google's effort. If you're searching for a full-on laptop replacement, the iPad still has the edge, but otherwise this do-all slate offers little compromise.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ review: Ultra-premium Android

If all-powerful is on your lists of musts then you can't go wrong, but there are some lingering questions and sensible alternatives to ponder.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ Review

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ is the most capable Android productivity tablet on the market. In addition to being the first to support 5G connectivity, it’s also a performance powerhouse that can handle multitasking with ease. Though its starting price of $849—which doesn't include 5G capability or the carrier subscription to use it, nor the Book Cover Keyboard Case—looks steep, it's one of the few viable laptop alternatives on the market, especially if you often commute or travel and don't want to bother with a hotspot. With impressive features, incredible performance, and all-day battery life, it's the best Android tablet you can buy right now, and wins our Editors' Choice award. A Beautiful, Stylus-Compatible Display  Aesthetically, little separates the Galaxy Tab S7+ from other hight end slates like the iPad Pro. The chassis and back of the Galaxy Tab S7+ are constructed of aluminum and available in black, silver, or bronze. It measures 11.25 by 7.3 by 0.2 inches (HWD) and weighs...

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ Wifi (8GB RAM, 256GB, Black) - BRAND NEW review

Think of this large Tablet that can be used in the home, the office, and anywhere in between as it has a Sim and can therefore keep you in contact anywhere. It has rather good speakers however few will want to hold it to their ears because of size, so Bluetooth for a headset and some form or privacy...
