The Samsung BD-H6500 Blu-ray Disc Player is compact and unassuming, but don't let that fool you - it provides 2D and 3D playback of Blu-ray Discs, DVD, and CD, as well 1080p and 4K upscaling when used with a 4K UltraHD TV .

They may not be giving us actual 4K capable spinners, we're awaiting the BDA and movie studios advices on that one, but there will be many a player capable of scaling up to a 3840 x 2160p resolution emerging in 2014.

Took player ( model no BH-H6500 ) out of box, very quick to set up. It comes with manual but also a quick set up guide which I used, it was easy and clear to understand.The unit is not heavy & a nice size.

Only just starting to use it, but very pleased so far.
