Only just starting to use it, but very pleased so far.

I love this thing. I can't think of anything bad about it. I use it mainly to watch blu-rays and to watch movies on netflix. It connects to my wifi very easily.

Hard; insubstantial sound

This was bought to replace an LG Blu Ray that was a few years old. The LG was perfectly satisfactory, in terms of picture and sound output, both through an Onkyo AV receiver. It was though rather limited with its "smart" features.

Now it won't turn on, all troubleshooting to no avail. I've been a Samsung customer for years, but this has made me look elsewhere for my video needs.

I use this DVD player on our main TV. We use it to watch Netflex movies or streaming from the Internet . I like that it has so many apps that are pre loaded. I am new to this technology being able use the in so many different ways. We also enjoy listening to Pandora through it.
