Good Phone and great quality. Nokia is coming strong and smart
Good Phone and great quality. Nokia is coming strong and smart
A $299 phone that's better than a Moto G7
The Nokia 7.2 is the latest AndroidOne smartphone from HMD Global , launched in September, 2019. The device, alongside the Nokia 6.2 introduced some interesting design and camera features.
Nokia 7.2 review: HMD Global seems to be betting a lot on the success of its latest mid-range smartphone in India, but I think the phone fell short on performance.
Perhaps it's something to do with the escalating price of top-end flagship phones , but the mid-range smartphone market is getting increasingly crowded these days – which brings us neatly to our review of the Nokia 7.2, very much a mid-ranger at an affordable price.
Good battery life; Bloat-free; quickly updated Android; Decent camera
Cheaper-looking design; No waterproofing; No camera optical zoom
What a phone this is, looks like a flagship unit an boy does it perform.
Got this phone as my previous phone broke. For me the biggest plus is that it doesn't come with lots of software you don't use and not get rid off. The only minus is that you can't use wireless charging
Not quite the best cheap phone around, but as close as Nokia has ever come to capturing the gold.
Grippy; good-looking design; Pure Android; with updates to follow; Few compromises for the cash
Pixel 3a still the budget camera king; Lacks power for demanding 3D games; Rivals even cheaper
The Nokia 7.2 is a critical smartphone from HMD Global. The Finnish company seems to be betting a lot on the success of its latest mid-range smartphone in India, but I think the phone fell short on performance.
HMD Global does a lot right with the Nokia 7.2, but the smartphone shows some weaknesses in detail in some areas. There's a full dual SIM option plus an extra space for a microSD card, but the latter doesn't support exFAT. The display is both bright and high-contrast, but uses PWM.
bright and high-contrast display; memory expandable; fully-fledged dual SIM; Android One
microSD without exFAT support; PWM; old SoC
