Mic works good but has a loud white noise in the background that no ones seems to mention on YouTube videos. But for the price its a pretty good mic and you cant hear it as much outdoors.

works great. excellent quality sound is recorded. Microphone is sensative to I use wind screen on it all the time.

Coupled with my D5500 for 1080p video and high quality sound.

Easy to attach

Bought ME-1 for use with Canon VIXIA R500 camcorder. Didn't work, no audio, had to return it. Bought a RODE stereo pro (which has 9v battery) it worked perfectly.

This Mic was designed to be used on an DSLR for Video recording. You would need a much more elaborate mixer mic system to get any better sound.

Very Good Sound Results; Well Designed

Have onlyl used a couple times, once indoors and the others outside. Indoors fell short due to the audio source coming from the TV while the outdoors uses were much better. Price is a bit high however had the benefit of some extra funds after selling some photo's.

I use this product to record and take pictures. It helps get a clearer picture. And it all fit in my case.

I bought this to use on a Nikon D600, in order to improve the quality of the sound when recording a baby. It's well built and simple to use, but you have to turn the recording level up very high on the camera in order to record baby gurgles.
