An ingenious 3-in-1 design sets the Miele TriFlex HX1 apart from the competition but it’s very expensive

I have wrist problem doing house work , this vacuum fix the problem by moving the machine down to reduce the weight. The double battery is great but we hardly use both of them at the same time , but is good to have extra in mind . We have Miele C3 we use it once a week for big cleaning, we use triflex everyday , u cant beat C3 but triflex is so convenient no need to plug n bulky. The other good thing is the machine can stand by itself so you can put it anywhere so it save your back compare to other machine if you just need to stop vacuuming ,the machine just drop to the floor n u need to pick it up . The nozzle is low profile and has the led light , I just realise how useful the led , you can easily see the dust . Since low profile not can easily go to tight space , but a bit difficult to pick up bulky one like cereal , you need to get used to it to pick it up . Build quality is superb. Enjoying cordless Effective suction and easy emptying.

Really pleased, always had a dyson, easier to clean, stands upright, great suction. Only difference is that it is heavier to push around but I don't mind as feels like a good solid piece of equipment

I am happy with the product but would like to see longer run time, perhaps a stronger battery as I have a large home and prefer to do all my vacuuming in one session.

It's expensive but built to last. If you want to buy once and buy well, the TriFlex would be an ideal replacement for your upright vacuum cleaner.

Really pleased with the HX1. It works very well. Is versatile as the 3 in 1 suggests. Our house is medium sized, 3 beds, office, family room, kitchen diner and lounge. The weekly clean up is tackled easily by the vacuum cleaner without being recharged. We are delighted to recommend it.
