I have wrist problem doing house work , this vacuum fix the problem by moving the machine down to reduce the weight. The double battery is great but we hardly use both of them at the same time , but is good to have extra in mind . We have Miele C3 we use it once a week for big cleaning, we use triflex everyday , u cant beat C3 but triflex is so convenient no need to plug n bulky. The other good thing is the machine can stand by itself so you can put it anywhere so it save your back compare to other machine if you just need to stop vacuuming ,the machine just drop to the floor n u need to pick it up . The nozzle is low profile and has the led light , I just realise how useful the led , you can easily see the dust . Since low profile not can easily go to tight space , but a bit difficult to pick up bulky one like cereal , you need to get used to it to pick it up . Build quality is superb. Really pleased with the HX1. It works very well. Is versatile as the 3 in 1 suggests. Our house is medium sized, 3 beds, office, family room, kitchen diner and lounge. The weekly clean up is tackled easily by the vacuum cleaner without being recharged. We are delighted to recommend it.

Very effective suction and cleaning capability and better than other branded stick cleaners I have used. Slightly heavier Motörhead but manageable and still easy to manoeuvre and a good trade off for the primary cleaning functionality.
