I thought using these little guys would be extremely difficult, boy was I wrong. So simple to create any pasta and so very quick and easy to use. I couldn't be happier that I chose to add these to my Kitchen Aid purchase. It is Pasta Game On!!

I received this as a Christmas gift from my husband, after having wanting one for quite sometime but not wanting to spend the money and I absolutely love it! I have had 2 hand rolling pasta machines and they don't compare. Those I had the dough stick and smear all over creating a mess and the metal shields on the machines were so thin and cheap they would bend in just cleaning it. Once that happened they no longer worked right. With this it all went so smoothly, not one sticking issue and it made beautiful pasta. Also, clean up was a breeze. If you love homemade pasta and your hesitant about buying one don't be, they are wonderful!!!

I've had this 3 piece set for several years but I've only recently started making pasta frequently. I love this set. I had tried to make pasta with a hand-operated pasta machine and essentially that was a nightmare for me. These tools make it so simple, fast and easy! My fettuccine comes out silky smooth and looks professional. I was scared of pasta making for many years - but no more. If you don't have one, get yourself a good pasta dough recipe. I use: 1 egg, 2 egg yolks for every 10oz of flour with 1/2 tsp salt. Kneaded for 8-10 minutes and rested for 30. My family bought me the additional two cutters for Christmas - can't wait to try them out.

This was a gift from my wife and I to, umm well, my wife and I. We always like trying to try and make food from scratch and this had been on the bucket list for years. But like most things we wanted kept postponing, but this Christmas we caved and bought the 3 piece Pasta Roller. Thank goodness. It has been an absolute treasure not just for my wife and I, but our kids as well. Simply and easy cleanup is done while you rest noodles after cutting. The pasta roller has not only brought better quality food into the house it is a gathering point for the family. My whole family thanks you for this attachment.

I have this set and another one because I like it so much. It's easy and quite therapeutic to make fresh pasta from scratch using these attachments. Since I started using them I no longer buy pasta at the market. Nothing can compare to homemade. The rollers cut nicely (made sure your pasta isn't too wet or the pasta strands will not separate), they're easy to attach to my mixer, and easy to clean (never put them in water), just allow them to dry and wipe clean with the brush provided or a dry cloth. If you're a beginner set the speed on slow, as you gain control and experience turn up the speed. These beat using a hand crank pasta maker, believe me I've experience in that department.
