Performs just as advertised. Easy setup. The software may take some tweaking to get a good image for B+W, color, etc., but once it's done, the results are very good. Not for high-rez work for reproduction, but perfect for everyday use. Recommended.

This scanner works well for the price value. It has jammed a few times but overall I'm pleased with the job it does. The plug and play feature is a nice plus.

On PC these work great. Make sure you have it plugged in to your machine BEFORE you open the application. Otherwise you will get an error. This scanner is tiny and takes up little space on a table. It is perfect for low volume tasks such as 10 sheets at a time. It is low volume because each sheet of paper needs to be fed through the scanner carefully to avoid jamming, so time-wise not appropriate for heavy duty use.

Very good scanner, good value, and very easy to use. I can say that I am very happy that I purchased this scanner! Nothing too complicated with it, and it looks very modern and ergonomic in an office space.

Reliable for the odd document, quality is just fine don't expect miracles however. Not great for id cards etc. they can be done but it needs help not to get jammed.

This scanner was very disappointing. I bought it to scan family photos. It worked beautifully at first, but lines and streaks soon appeared that could not be fixed with calibration or cleaning. Customer support had no suggestions besides those two options, rendering the device useless.

Wanted it for digitising photos up to 100 years old, and it is perfect. I now keep it at my desk, for digitising receipts, letters, medical reports, whatever. I intend to take it with me when I visit friends and relatives. A must have for genealogy nuts.
