I received the Breville Milk Cafe from my son for Christmas who loves the product and uses his often. I have attempted to fill out the form on their website to let them know my product is not frothing like it use to but it is asking for info in which I can't find. It therefore, won't let me contact them via website and there is no email address to send an email. The office is not open after 5 pm and it disconnected me without allowing me to leave a voice mail message to have someone call me back during business hours. I find this very frustruating.
