I PURCHASED THIS ITEM NEW BUT RECEIVED A USED ONE THE PRICE IS MUCH HIGHER THEN YOU WOULD PURCHASE OTHER PLACES BUT BECAUSE ITS HIGHT I STILL SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED A NEW ONE NOT A USED SURFACE BOOK.

Microsoft's attempt at a traditional clamshell laptop leaves us a little conflicted. The look, feel, and usability of the is outstanding. The Alcantara-covered keyboard is unique and a pleasant surface (literally) to rest your palms on for long term use.

I bought the SB and used it for 2 weeks daily using PS, and PP. After a week of daily updates the computer did seem to run a little more stable than my first day however I ran into major issues! I got random screen lines and would need to reboot. This would happen 3 times over 2 weeks.

Great features with sleekly style. I bought this product about two weeks and I must confessed, "this product meet my expectations". Love it.

Was sold as new. Product was clearly used/floor model or refurbished, operating system was already installed and packaging was damaged. Product itself looked Ok. Unsure if it was intentional but still disappointed, returned right away.

Ever since the first Surface Pro was released, critics have been nagging Microsoft to make a "proper" laptop. It brought out the Surface Book, which wasn't enough of a "proper" laptop to keep the critics happy.
