Need to fix some errors like when you lock it sometime it makes bip noise once. Login problem of Microsoft account. Battery life is superb. when we use it as a tablet mode sometimes it hangs.

The laptop is expensive however its worth every penny! I now have no need for my ipad as the laptop is everything i need!

Was sold as new. Product was clearly used/floor model or refurbished, operating system was already installed and packaging was damaged. Product itself looked Ok. Unsure if it was intentional but still disappointed, returned right away.

Microsoft's attempt at a traditional clamshell laptop leaves us a little conflicted. The look, feel, and usability of the is outstanding. The Alcantara-covered keyboard is unique and a pleasant surface (literally) to rest your palms on for long term use.

You may pay a relative premium for this device, but its build quality is phenominal. The keyboard is nice to use, the touchpad is responsive, the tablet portion is good weight and very capable.

We are a commercial contractor and we have used I-Pads in the past and still have some in operation, but I am really anti-I anything, so we decided to try these out. After about a month of use, my field guys are loving the Surface Book.

I'm returning this product. I received a clearly refurbished, used product. The battery in the pen as well as the laptop has run out on first boot. Box was already opened. A few dings on the product.

The Surface Laptop impresses on style, stuns on battery life, and sports one of the best laptop screens to date. But our quibbles (the fabric-covered keyboard, and a few other issues) overshadow it, in a field crowded with excellent premium portables.

Generally an absolute pleasure to use. Keyboard and trackpad are simply the best and the screen is gorgeous.If you want laptop and tablet without any major compromise in either function the Surface Book is the one - even at the original (￡300 higher) price I paid!

Microsoft's recent hardware efforts prove two things. First, Windows devices can be built without compromise. Second, that Apple isn't the only company that can meld hardware and software together in harmony.
