Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max Review: Overshadowed by Controversy
Even though, on the surface, there don’t seem to be many massive upgrades, the iPhone 15 Pro Max offers multiple compelling quality-of-life improvements. The design is much improved, introducing new colors and the feel of the titanium and contoured edges.
Pros:
- Significantly improved design, Great performance with the A17 Pro chip, USB-C replaces Lightning, Capable camera system with 5x optical zoom, Cheaper to replace back glass
Cons:
- Battery life is passable, but not fantastic, Higher entry price

By addressing the biggest issues with its predecessor, while also adding some welcome extra features, the iPhone 15 Pro Max is more than the iterative update it initially seemed like.

- It has USB-C (finally), 5x zoom is welcome, Much comfier to hold and use

Even if the 5X isn’t remarkably useful for every situation, it still adds to an excellent phone that is impossible to miss. Easily one of the best phones of the year, the iPhone 15 Pro Max may well be Apple’s best phone to date.

While the camera might be a little confusing for those of us who aren't pro photographers, and it's by no means cheap, the iPhone 15 Pro Max looks great and is effortless in its performance. It's a fantastic all-round smartphone that's hard to criticise.
Pros:
