Apple iPhone 15 review: a few more pro features each year
For those with older phones from five or so years ago, the iPhone 15 marks a giant leap forward with a fast chip, long battery life, a crisp and bright display and the more useful USB-C port. The trickle-down effect from the iPhone Pro models also adds a bit of interest.- Pros: fast, good camera, good screen now with dynamic island, great size, USB-C, great battery life, long software support, Face ID.
- Cons: no telephoto camera, screen slower than competition and 15 Pro, no always-on display mode, dull colour choice, more repairable design restricted by software locks.
Apple iPhone 15 Pro (Review Apple iPhone 15 Pro)
A sensibly sized powerhouse- Compact size, Lots of processing power, Customizable Action button, Advanced USB-C features, Excellent cameras, Pro video capture
- Shorter battery life than iPhone Pro Max, Less optical zoom than iPhone Pro Max
Apple iPhone 15 Pro (8GB RAM, 256GB, Blue Titanium) - Brand New review
The iPhone 15 Pro may not be the most exciting upgrade of the generation, lacking the 5x telephoto lens of the Pro Max, but it remains a very capable compact option for practically everyone but iPhone 14 Pro users.- Lightweight and more comfortable to hold, Great camera performance in most conditions, Incredible A17 Pro power, Handy Action Button
- Same 3x telephoto as its predecessor, Sluggish charging
Apple iPhone 15 Pro (8GB RAM, 256GB, Blue Titanium) - Brand New review
Apple’s best pro model yet is excellent, but the iPhone 15 Pro has some serious concerns.- Excellent camera tech, A phone that can play console-quality games, USB-C charging and fast file transfer
- Durability might be a problem, Battery life has not improved, Over-sharpening of photos in post-processing
iPhone 15 Pro Review
The iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max have more going on than their similar outward appearance suggests. Even more pro-level camera features, serious gaming power, and long-overdue freedom from the proprietary Lightning cables make this a significant upgrade over last year’s phone.
Apple iPhone 15 Pro (8GB RAM, 256GB, Blue Titanium) - Brand New review
The Apple iPhone 15 Pro might not be the most exciting choice from this year's line up, with big competition from within its own ranks. However, for those that don't want the large screen of the Max, but like the Pro specs not offered by the 15, the 15 Pro remains a solid choice.- Lovely, premium design, Beautiful display, Excellent performance, Great camera results
- Misses out on 5x zoom, Battery could be better
iPhone 15 Pro Review: A New Titan Among Phones?
The new Apple iPhone 15 Pro is here, with a new frame made of (mostly) titanium. And not only all around, but also under the hood, there's more of an upgrade than just an update. The iPhone 15 Pro impresses with merciless performance, which is currently not found in Android smartphones (yes, bring...- Titanium case is elegant and robust, More compact and lighter than the iPhone 14 Pro, A17 Pro is faster and has impressive graphics performance, New triple camera with 48 MP, USB-C port offers countless possibilities, Very practical action button
- Relatively slow charging despite USB-C, Action button partly immature
Apple iPhone 15 Pro (8GB RAM, 256GB, Blue Titanium) - Brand New review
The slick, sleek iPhone 15 Pro is lighter than its predecessor and has outstanding performance, improved cameras and great capabilities.- Snappy design, Great new Action Button, Outstanding cameras
- Not cheap, Battery life doesn’t match the iPhone 15 Pro Max, Telephoto lens is 3x
Apple iPhone 15 Pro review
Outwardly, the iPhone 15 Pro might look the same as ever but lots of changes and upgrades make it a top choice, especially if your current phone is three or more years old. If you already own an iPhone 13 or 14 Pro, there isn’t enough here to warrant an upgrade.- Outstanding cameras, Super-bright screen, USB-C port
- Charging still relatively slow, Doesn’t have 5x zoom of Pro Max
iPhone 15 Pro review - “Apple brings its A-game”
It’s a fairly modest upgrade on the iPhone 14 Pro, but many of those improvements make the iPhone 15 Pro an even better compact gaming phone proposition – especially as a new breed of console-standard games start to arrive.
