Apple iPhone 14 Plus (128GB, Blue) AU - Excellent review
It's not the size of the iPhone in the fight that matters, but the size of the fight in the iPhone....
Apple iPhone 14 Plus Dual SIM 5G (6GB RAM, 128GB, Blue) - BRAND NEW review
The iPhone 14 Plus is Apple’s new super-sized smartphone that takes what was good about the base model 14 , including its more repair-friendly design, and adds a much bigger screen. The 6.7in display provides much more space for watching video, reading messages or simply having bigger text.- Pros: easier and cheaper to repair, better cameras, water resistant, Face ID, very long battery life, good performance, big screen, long software support.
- Cons: no USB-C, need your own charger, difficult to use one-handed, no telephoto camera, screen slower than competition and 14 Pro.
Apple iPhone 14 Plus Dual SIM 5G (6GB RAM, 128GB, Blue) - BRAND NEW review
Upgraded from a normal sized iPhone 12, and its very much just a larger sized version of the previous phone. No faster, doesnt feel like the screen is any better. I find bluetooth is still lacking with its connectivity and options setttings.
iPhone 14 Plus review
The iPhone 14 Plus is the oddest iPhone in 2022 as it is very capable but misses out on several features the iPhone 14 Pro gets while costing nearly as much.- Exceptional battery life, Top performance, Superb dual cameras, Light for its size
- Overpriced, 60Hz screen, Slow charging, No RAW photo shooting
Apple iPhone 14 Plus Dual SIM 5G (6GB RAM, 128GB, Blue) - BRAND NEW review
There’s no dynamic refresh rate: it’s a 60Hz screen. Even so, in most usage, you’ll barely notice that it’s not as fast and smooth as its Pro sibling.
Apple iPhone 14 Plus (128GB, Blue) AU - Excellent review
Excellent battery life and a large display make the 14 Plus upgrade-worthy- Excellent multiday battery life, Big, bright screen, Light despite its size
- Hard to use one-handed or fit in a pocket, Lacks latest features like a 120Hz screen, eSIM transition will be easy for most but painful for some
Apple iPhone 14 Plus Review: The Bigger Display Decision
If the iPhone 14 Plus has a challenge, then, it's that by intentionally adding extra separation between the Pro and non-Pro series this year, Apple has made it much easier to justify opting for the more comprehensive smartphones.- More screen for less money, Solid camera performance, Excellent battery life
- iPhone 14 Pro adds a lot at a small price delta, eSIM may be frustrating, Still uses Lightning not USB-C
Apple iPhone 14 Plus review: awkwardly brilliant
Apple hasn’t used the Plus name since 2017, but it has resurrected it in 2022 with the iPhone 14 Plus. Just like before, the new model increases the screen size of the standard one, but keeps the majority of the other technical features in place. It fits in that awkward space between the cheaper iPhone 14 and the slightly more expensive, but superior Pro model. But is there any real reason to buy it? The iPhone 14 Plus is wider, taller, and heavier than the iPhone 14, and the only dimension that stays the same is the thickness at 7.8mm. Made from aluminum and glass, it’s a step down in luxury from the stainless steel and glass Pro models, but with this comes the advantage of low weight. At 203 grams, the iPhone 14 Plus can’t be called light, but it’s lighter than the iPhone 14 Pro and only a few grams heavier than the Samsung Galaxy S22+. My usual iPhone of choice is the iPhone 14 Pro, and I’ve been consistently surprised at how light the iPhone 14 Plus feels when I pick it up, despite...- Large, vibrant, detailed screen
- Two-day battery life
- Easy to use software
- Great everyday camera
- It's a big phone
- 60Hz refresh rate
