Apple 11-inch iPad Pro Wi-Fi 512GB - Silver MTXU2X/A review
The new iPad Pro is in many ways the pinnacle of tablet hardware design, but its nosebleed price and software limitations narrow its appeal to creatives willing to bend to its current compromises.
Pros:
- The 2018 iPad Pro sports a gorgeous new all-screen design, Face ID and scary-fast performance
- The new Pencil is a huge step forward in terms of design and charging.
Cons:
- The Keyboard Folio Case and Pencil are necessary accessories that jack up the already-high total price
- None of your old iPad accessories will work, including the original Pencil
- The headphone jack is gone, and its single USB-C port won't pay real dividends until more compatible accessories arrive.

Apple iPad Pro 11 (2018, WiFi, 64 GB) Tablet Review
Pros:
- long battery life
- colour accurate display
- impressive cameras for a tablet
- surface temperatures remain cool even under load
- good sound reproduction
- decent accessories
- powerful
- stylish design
- fast Wi-Fi
Cons:
- weak case
- older accessories are incompatible
- expensive
- throttling under sustained load
- limited USB Type-C port
- Face ID not as good as on iPhones

Apple iPad Pro
Editor's note, March 18, 2019: Apple has announced two new iPads. Starting at $499 (£479, AU$779) for the 64GB model, the new iPad Air features a 10.5-inch Retina display, an A12 Bionic processor and support for the Apple Pencil.
Pros:
- Excellent display, upgraded storage options, faster processor, better cameras and a bigger display in a still-compact size
- Faster refresh-rate display also means faster Apple Pencil responsiveness
Cons:
- Most of the cool new software features require iOS 11, which isn't coming until September
- No newly imagined accessories and the ones you need (Pencil, keyboard) drive up the cost to laptop levels

Now that iPadOS 13.4 officially supports a mouse, the iPads are ready to take a real stab at the “hybrid” experience. And Apple is pretty open about calling the new iPad Pro (2020) “Your next computer”.
Pros:
- Great design
- thin and portable
- Fantastic performance
- smooth animations
- USB Type-C
- 128 GB base storage
Cons:
- Accessories are pricey (Magic Keyboard not even out yet)
- Higher storage tiers can get expensive
- File system is still a bit funky

Great for work
Bought it for work and it's great. It's light, has great battery life, and stores all my files. I write insurance and do a lot of e apps and pdf apps and it does all of them well.

Apple iPad Pro 11-inch Wi-Fi Only (2018 Model, 3rd Generation)
The new iPad Pros could not be any better. The screens are amazing, and they are wicked fast. This device definitely feels like the most refined version of the iPad Apple has ever released.

Designing on my iPad
Love it I am doing fashion design this year and love how I can just sketch my designs with the apple pen straight from onto my iPad
