Apple iPad 10.2-inch (2020): The cheapest Apple iPad is an even better bargain in 2020- Fast and responsive, Slim and lightweight, Reasonable price
- Webcam is mediocre, Non-laminated display, No USB-C
Apple iPad 8 (32GB, Gold) Australian Stock - Excellent review
Apple’s latest iPad opts for evolution over revolution – and modest evolution at that. But it’s easier to accept when the end product is this good Excellent, decent-sized screen Useful iPadOS 14 features Keyboard support Few upgrades Limited stereo speakers
Great ipad
iPad upgrade really good as with most apple products.
Too easy
As a Senior I found it so easy to transfer the apps from my iPhone to the new IPad. Couldnt be happier with my choice.
Silver IPad 8th Gen
This product is great haven't had any issues at all
Apple iPad 8 (32GB, Space Grey) Australian Stock - Pristine review
Easily one of the more modest updates you’re likely to find in the Apple iPad range, the 2020 iPad is more or less a faster version of last year’s 10.2 inch iPad, which itself was already a pretty stellar package.- Great screen, Faster processor than last year, Almost twice the performance of the old model, Supports Smart Keyboard Cover, Supports Apple Pencil, Still a nice design, Bigger charge pack (20W instead of 10W) and Type C Lightning cable, Less money and an even better value
- Not water resistant
Apple iPad 8 (32GB, Gold) Australian Stock - Excellent review
This isn't a particularly ambitious upgrade, and the meagre 32GB of storage is disappointing. Still, the 8th generation iPad provides a big performance improvement over its predecessor.- Much faster A12 Bionic processor, Bright, sharp 10.2-inch screen, All-day battery life, Competitive price
- 32GB of storage on base model, 720p FaceTime camera, Still uses 802.11ac wi-fi and Bluetooth 4.2, No USB-C
Apple iPad (8th Generation, 2020) (Review Apple iPad 32GB (Black, 8th Generation))
Apple's low-cost iPad continues to deliver- Good alternative to Chromebook for students, Fast, Affordable, Excellent app library
- Lackluster front-facing camera, Single-user OS, Dated design
Apple iPad 10.2-inch review (9th Gen, 2021): Modern classic or ready for a rethink?
The Apple iPad (9th generation) offers much the same design as its predecessor. It has support for Apple Pencil, Apple's Smart Keyboard and it is significantly cheaper than the iPad Pro models, as well as cheaper than the iPad Air. It's the entry-level iPad and great for those on a budget.- Front camera a big upgrade this generation, Robust design, True Tone added to display, Apple Pencil (1st Gen) support, Smart Connector for keyboards
- The same design - which is looking dated now, No touch-to-wake screen, Rear camera hasn't been upgraded, Still uses Lightning connector
