Mine came with the inner ear cushions ripped out of the box. It won't charge and connect at the same time, so every time you charge it you need to re-connect it again. Feels flimsy and cheap.

On first glance, these look like a tiny pair of headphones with a taste of noise cancelling and they really deliver on the audio experience for the most part. What you get in the box (besides the headphones): USB-C Cable, Carry Bag, and 3.5mm to 3.5mm L-Plug Cable. The bag is a nice touch on the manufacturer's end. The auxiliary cable feels a bit generic but it is an appreciated inclusion. The performance of the device: The headphones deliver a really good experience out-of-the-box. Relatively strong bass, Satisfying high-end (treble) cut off and a relatively flat audio profile overall (when plugged in). When connected over Bluetooth, the device tends to come alive. I truly love the delivery when connected wirelessly. The noise cancelling seems to sound like a subtle white-noise to cut out the background and is really weak so I don't recommend this if you wish to drown a lot of audio out without music. The "Listening Care" feature has a negligible effect on the audio when change
I moved up from the cheap headsets that break and depower. Could not be happier - it was worth the extra money - sound is great, mic is great (which cheap ones never do) and the battery life, all day, baby, all day.
