Worst headphones I’ve ever purchased! They didn’t charge completely and then kept cutting out

I brought these in pink two days ago and they haven't worked from the get go. I've only been able to listen in one head phone at anyone time and they don't sit in the case properly to charge. They also are hard to pair with your device, the few times I've used them I've had to forget the device each time and there is alway three of the same name that comes up in bluetooth. Honestly, I went to Jbhifi because I thought they would stock a decent product for an affordable price but they have really missed the mark stocking this one. I'll be returning once lockdown is over.
