I wanted two small light tripods to support a light over a softbox, and these are perfect for that job. Too light for an SLR and lens but perfect for this use.

The legs are sturdy enough to hold a small camera, phone or webcam. While the legs are a bit thin, and likely won't withstand a strong blow, they are good enough for many indoor and outdoor purposes. The leg-locks are very strong and do not move once locked into place. The stand is very stable - once things are screwed in, they don't "slip" out of position. For instance, the bit that holds the camera doesn't slip from a 45* angle once you have screwed it into place. There is complete freedom of motion so you can orient your camera in all possible angles. Despite its small size, it is surprisingly tall because there are 2 extensions for the legs, in addition to the extension for the neck. OVERALL: Highly recommend it if you are not looking for anything overly fancy, something that is sturdy enough and at a reasonable price point. Good for small/light equipment. Relatively good for the price paid and does the job OK. Definitely no high end but a good budget product. Feels a little flimsy but time will tell if it stands up to light usage.
