For the past 2 months we have been enjoying our new fridge with all the extra space and eye-level access to our fridge. However yesterday our freezer draw handle fell off. Upon closer inspection we realised that the 'clip-on' system only relies on a flimsy plastic moulding. Certainly not enough to take the constant pulling (not to mention the vacuum resistance) that such a wider freezer draw has. Upon reading the recent reviews one would think a more permanent fix would have been implemented, instead we are having a 'replacement' handle delivered to us which now I'm wondering how long will it be until next time the plastic cracks under the pressure!

The unit has been installed for three weeks. Everything about it, bar one feature is very good. It’s efficient and very quiet. It’s easy to stack and contents can be easily sighted when you open the doors. The ice maker works effectively and the ice is easy to extract. What’s the fault? The water dispenser. After use it constantly dribbles water from the outlet into the little tray under the unit. The service man told us nothing can be done to stop the leak. Having water running down the front of the fridge and pooling under the front doors is dreadful. We’re not at all happy about the situation.

We bought this fridge about one month ago and this is our review. Positives. Large fridge and freezer area without the depth to loose things at the back. Negatives. Handle on freezer not very secure. When you open it you can see the mounts of the handle flexing. This won't last long. 'Chilled' water just below tap temperature. This means using alot of ice of which you need an extra storage container so you don't run out during the day. The control panel inside the fridge is peeling away. Hopefully no moisture is getting in. Lack of height on doors for milk, wine etc. Why no option for white?

We bought this fridge to replace an older model. So happy with the layout inside the cabinet. The layout is designed for easy access. The freezer design is good, with a good deep main compartment for big items like large joints of meat. While the slide out drawers have sufficient space for a weeks worth of pre made meals. The ice maker is awesome! And you can change the size of the ice cubes to suit your own needs. The only one slightly annoying thing is the stainless steel cabinet shows all finger prints & marks, has to be wiped down regularly. Overall, this fridge is extremely good though.

We bought this fridge for our new house and it is the flashest fridge we have ever owned. we particularly wanted a plumbed in water tap and ice maker. This fridge has two doors for the bits and pieces that need to be in a fridge but you want easy access to. Simply have them in the large door shelves. The door shelves are big enough for our soy milk cartons too. It has a cold bottle storage for wine or soft drink bottles. This has also been good for us. The crispers for vegetables are ample, although our extras go in just above this area. But best of all, the main fridge doors a person height and you don’t have to bend down for anything, except to get to the freezer... a bonus change around in design.
