Works fine, it backups your files, nice interface, good integration with Windows&Mac, decent mobile apps. It could bring in more options and open/easier api for developers.

luck of information and instruction to install. I am not a IT person. and for some reason even when I was told from your B&H tech Suport team that I should be able to copy directly file from my Mc to the drive via USB port, I cannot do it.

Can't play videos from it have to download to device to watch.

Easy to set up and have three computers using it as a central file server. Attached to my network and works great through our WiFi.
