East to clean, reliable, great grill and oven. Hardest bit was getting plumber to put a gas line in without getting ripped off hard but we found one. Excellent product whole family loves.

I cancelled the order because they failed to organise delivery. Wasted three weekends in a row. Keep emailing now asking to leave a review, even though I dont have the product I wanted for nearly 6 months. I have complained to Weber too. They have terrible customer management. I wrote to you for feedback and improvement but no response. I dont choose to give you a one star review. I choose no stars but your feedback platform forces us to select one star.

Good quality, smart design and being N gas just plug in and good to go. Roasts, steaks, snags and drumsticks all beautifully cooked and closing the lid helps speed things up if required.

We love our new Webber Q but we did not realise that our model comes without a thermometer , we think thats unreasonable for a BBQ of this price & good name, the Q also comes with what t is called an apron that covers the front of the appliance but its made of cardboard and one corner tore while we were trying to clip it into the boat, Weber have offered us a replacement but wonder how long this will last . We love the Weber Q, its easy to cook on.

I love the family webber. You can cook anything in it. . The style looks great. A perfect family barbie.
