I bought this Dashcam a few days ago and I love it. The manual is easy to read and the dash cam is easy to use. It works well on my samsung phone via wireless with no problems, as well as viewing videos files on my computer via the cable supplied. Images are excellent. Only problem is don't buy the 64MB micro sd card as there is a memory error. After a numerous attempts with different 64MB card, the 32MB works perfectly. Thanks to the staff at Bunbury, WA, helping me with this problem.

I bought this product one month ago and it records fine in 4k with GPS, Speed limit, time stamp etc. The only thing to make sure is to format the micro sd card from the dash cam other wise it won't start recording before use.

Great camera, nice simple interface and amazing image quality.

Have been using this one since Christmas 2018. Camera has been reliable, never fails to record and the picture quality is high. Price is good for the standard of camera. Good day time and night time video with high performance when going from dark to light quickly as in out of a tunnel into daylight. Not too much flair in very light conditions. Easy to follow instructions and easy to set up. A couple of the buttons have to be pressed more than once to register, but still operate Ok.

So this really pisses me off, the unit is great, I love it in EVERY respect, except when i got it, it said please charge your battery, i have left it overnight on the charging cord, charging happily away and come back - it said full battery, LIES!!! when i got to the car and installed it, it had "one bar" of charge. For the love of god i am so tired of these really good products that are let down by an 11 cent battery that DOESN'T recharge and then flips the unit in to shutdown mode. This would have been 5 stars, but i am now left having to ass around and submit an RMA for a internal battery that doesnt work.

Surprisingly easy to install and figure out, there is a lot of things that u SHOULD NOT mess with, don't they are already preset, i set it to 4k and have a 128gig card on it, works like a dream and the wifi is very easy, they come with very little charge. IMPORTANT, let it sit for at least 2 days charging while its recording on ur computer at home, this fully charges the battery. Once charged - its all good. Easy to understand, the app is pretty good, theres a couple of things i would have included. There is no auto update option for the firmware and it has no auto dimmer function when at night so u can only have it on permanently or off...view more

After a week my unit developed an intermittent fault where it often wouldn't boot up (PB were helpful sorting out an RMA). I also experienced similar issues to other reviewers re: looking like it's charging but then still being flat the next day. Overall, a mediocre product which is a shame since the price is competitive for a 4k unit, and Uniden used to be a pretty reliable brand.
