DOA

I have submitted an RMA with Ubiquiti who has been very good in responding in the past with product issues, replacing everything under warranty for the few products which I have had to return.

Ubiquiti is a great company; make great products; not sure that this was their issue

Box arrived showing scuff signs; unfortunately opened and tried it past Newegg's return time frame; which I feel like they should have honored since it's DOA

Great Switch, Gui is straight forward. You do not have to be a rocket scientist to program the switch. Fans can be a little loud, so if you place the switch in a quiet area, you may have to change the fans. Other than that, so far working as expected.

Performance on a budget!

You won't beat the performance and reliability of this switch at the price point. I have no concerns and would highly recommend. I'm using it in a home installation with 60 ports installed (so combined with a Ubiquity 24 port) and powering WAP and security devices over Ethernet.

Cisco Watch out!

If you are looking for a PoE Switch that has a great controller and is a decent price this is a good one to look at. Have been running it now for two weeks and using the Unifi controller software to manage multiple WAP's Now looking at getting one of their routers.
