Fairly easy to build, the only tricky bits were the plastic covers that screw into the side of the chair back (to hide the reclining bits) as there's no screw holes into the chair itself. A bit of pressure & job done. Has only been used for a couple of hours a weekend over the last few weeks, but the Chair is firm to sit in and feels supportive - believe this will soften a bit in time. I couldn't get comfortable using the bolster so removed it and am now sitting comfortably. The removable head cushion is a bit low for my 6'2 frame when sitting, but is perfect when reclining.
