This is a very high quality and awesome piece of equipment if you're wanting to do simulators. If you have the money then this is great. The one downside to this for me is the lack of twisting joystick. Soon I will get some pedals but would have been nice to have the twist for being at such a high price. But it's very sturdy (and heavy) and mostly made of metal.

If military flight sims are your thing then I cannot recommend this item enough. Its a quality item, extremely well built and I am chuffed to bits with it. 11 out of 10!

Five star feel and function, one star reliability. Great joystick and throttle, when it works. I have just returned my HOTAS Warthog Joystick for repairs for the SECOND time. - There is some sort of short causing all the joystick buttons to cycle on and off.

I expected the same quality and precision that went into the stick, but it is still within acceptable parameters. Now all I need is the DCS A10c game and I suspect the wife will be asking for a divorce (presuming I am not so engrossed that I even know she is home). Give it a try if you are serious about simming, it is worth your while.

You will not find a better flight stick; Absolute must for serious DCS Warthog pilots and home cockpit enthusiasts. However I can not recomend it to those who use flight sims on a casual level purely on a cost basis. Saitek, CH products etc..
