Used it twice and now it doesn't work

Heats up quickly, and can get a good hot heat on high, very happy with this product.

It is the best induction ever. We have tried many but the TEFLON INDUCTION is THE BEST. It is quick, safe, energy efficient and easy to clean. A suggestion if they can make double hob too instead of single hob please. Would be highly grateful. Thanking you

Way to complicated, everything is on a timer, you can only change setting when in fry and when you use fry the heat numbering is oven style where a cook top is usually 1 1 to 10. For a single cooking appliance it should be a simple exercise. I personally would not recommend this product.
