Doesnt get hot enough to remove creases. The use of steam creates watermarks which then requires rewashing the item. I absolutely hate it. I will contact Tefal and tell them it is not fit for the purpose we purchased it for (ironing). May as well hang the clothes on a rack and throw a hand grenade at it. Would have the same result.

Purchased this iron recently and have had a few sessions. Easy to use, good temperature, steam is effective. I don't have to go over an area more than once - quick and efficient. It does hiss a little when setting down between ironing, but it does not leak, and I reason it's a sound normal with steam ironing.

This is my first Tefal iron, and my last. So noisy when using it on steam-it constantly bubbles and hisses. Manual only has pictures! Very disappointed as it was expensive and is the worst iron I have ever had.

this iron is fantastic its as good as a steam iron , it does steam on the vertical also and works a treat once , not having to go over the clothes twice . "Poor betty has not owned a good steam iron"
