The product itself is really good. However, they first delivered an iron which was not working properly leaking a lot of water and I had to go to the store and exchange for another one. This second one had no defects and it works like a charm but it wasn't a smooth experience.

Lightness of iron is great. Quick to heat up. Glides easily over clothes

Irons beautifully, however, it constantly drops water on clothes whilst being ironed, and the cord on it is WAY too short. Needs an extension lead even when ironing close to a power outlet. Really bad design flaw

I will be returning this iron ,so far have read the instructions three times and yet it keeps turning off.I just want a iron that you plug in and us

Steam is great, no spills onto clothes, just don't like the purple colour, I have trouble seeing the water level, only complaint
