Not sure yet as the product in question has just been installed and has only been used once or twice. But the features work well. But the exhaust fan is loud sounding when we compare it with the unit we previously had.

Fitted straight in where the old one came out

Twin fans with twin charcoal filters. Also twin main filters - recommend dish washer cleaning every 2 months. All looks to be well designed and made. Twin lights are LED and all filters are easy to remove. The flip switch between external exhaust and recirculate modes was hard to find (hint - look inside between the charcoal filters). Had to change to the slim line front bar due to existing cupboard door size - the fixing screws were very tight - need a quality Philips head screw driver. All quite impressive for just $190.

The specifications for Technika 60cm Slideout Rangehood on the Goodguys web site did not mach the product, the height on the website was 145 mm but the actual height was 135 mm this required extra packing material to be added prior to installation. It did not affect the operation of the rangehood but made the installation a bit more tricky.

The two fan setting have a minimal difference in performance and are a loud as the bejezzus. If you don't want to talk while you cook this is the item for you.
