Excellent, love knowing what's going on while I'm at work or shopping

Purchased this product as it works with my existing Swann Security App associated for my Swann IVR Camera System Easy to set up & has good features. Only downside is the delay from door press to alert on my iPhone. Once notification is received you need press the notification which opens the App and then you need to wait until the video starts to stream. Probably best to wire with permanent power if you have a lot of visitors or use it to auto detect movement. to save the time between charging. The indoor chime unit is very small however the volume is good. Would have been nice if you could upload your own ring tones Yes would definitely recommend to a friend or family

The product is probably okay but could not get the Swann App to work, I tried contacting Swann numerous times to find answers but it was all too hard for them, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !! so I returned it to the store and purchased a competitor brand and it works fine.

The Swann Buddy video doorbell looks good on features, however Swann has failed to deliver. It is supposed to only detect human movement but unfortunately it detects tree movement near the front door and trucks passing in the street causing regular false alarms. The phone App is easy to setup and use but unfortunately by the time the Swann Buddy detects motion and starts recording the person detected has long departed and the video clip shows them departing at the footpath if at all (most times the video clip shows no visitor at all.
