Poor image quality when viewing cameras from the app, I assumed being 4K cameras the image would be a lot clearer but it has less resolution than my 1080p arlo wireless cameras. Havent accessed videos stored from the hard drive yet, I assume they are at 4K quality but most of my viewing is done through the app so very disappointing. The modem/harddrive seems to get very hot so had to add ventilation into the cupboard its stored in. The two power plugs (one for the modem, one for cameras) are too wide so couldnt plug them in side by side had to use a seperate power board. Spot lights work good for adding colour to night vision. Plenty of cable for each camera. Notifications come through quickly. Lots of adjustability in the settings when accessed through modem (not through the app)
