Since picking up a Nintendo Switch (with my Nyko Switch accessories) one of the games I've been hanging out for is Super Mario Odyssey and I'm happy to say it completely lives up to the hype. It's one of the best games I've played in a long time! If you have a Switch this game is a MUST HAVE!

If you were ever a Mario fan, than this is the game you have been waiting for. Gorgeous, amazing, in-depth and very engaging gameplay. A must have game. Truly awesome. Go get it!!!

You don't have to be a past fan of the mario franchise to enjoy this masterpiece. It has an easy to follow control mechanism which when mastered makes for some acrobatic mechanics that flow smoothly. There is the tragic yet comedic storyline between Mario, Peach and Bowser and there is tonnes of exploring to do post-game as well as during the main missions. It is game of the year material.

Let me just start off by saying that Super Mario Odyssey is fantastic. Simply fantastic! This game is oozing whimsical charm and you're doing yourself a disservice if you don't at least try it! With that said, I must confess that I was actually a little skeptical at first.

Super Mario Odyssey isn't just the best platformer to come around in years, it's also one of the most essential releases of the year. Period. A showcase for Nintendo's development talent and Mario as an iconic character that can still deliver surprising and transformative experiences even after all...

One feeling kept washing over me as I played Super Mario Odyssey: joy. This title is, without a doubt, one of the most joyous, exuberant, delightful games I've played this year, if not in the last five or even 10.

Camera isn't tight enough; Motion controls required for some moves and are difficult; if not impossible; to use in handheld mode

In several ways, Super Mario Odyssey seems too eager to please. The game's basic storyline-Mario must rescue Princess Peach from Bowser-remains obligatorily familiar, no doubt to avoid ticking off a legion of traditionalists.
