Always burns one edge of the bread, now it only cooks one side of the toast. It triggered the safety switch in the meter box. I lodged a claim with Sunbeam and have not had a response. Poor service. I will buy another brand. We also bought a Sunbeam kettle which I haven't used yet. (fingers crossed).
