So happy with the kettle I buy

Good kettle with cool blue light. Boils quickly. Don't like the pouring of the water. Rather splashy. Works brilliant if remove the mesh screen but boiling without it delays the kettle switching off dramatically Need a redesign with the spout and mesh screen

The same thing happened to my kettle around 6 months. The spout developed a crack. No issues returning even without a receipt. Exchanged for a fancy Breville kettle. Seems a lot better quality but time will tell

After 4 months of use the kettle developed a leak where the glass meets the plastic just under the spout. It never did pour well.

After about 3 months, the glass has gone yellow and the plastic that meets the glass has developed a small crack which leaks water everywhere when it pours.

Been using this kettle for the last 11 months. I had the same issues as stated in the other reviews. My kettle developed 2 cracks on the inside of the neck around 4 months of using it, followed by leaks at the spout when pouring. There definitely is a design flaw and I'm assuming the cracks and leak were developed from the plastic being constantly heated. It's really a shame because the design, look and feel of the product, and the weight was initially what sold me.
