SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless review: A high-end gaming headset with years of experience

The Arctis Pro Wireless is easier to recommend in 2018 than its aging Siberia 800 predecessor, but its charging system feels less useful than it once did and the audio isn’t much better than the much cheaper Arctis 7.

Industry-leading microphone; Arctis design is still exceedingly comfortable; Better sound than its Siberia 800 predecessor;

Lacks bass, and EQing more in just leads to a muddy sound; Expensive, by 2018 standards; Dual-battery system is neat, but not as useful when most headsets last up to 24 hours per charge;

Fricken awesome

Mighty Ape for starters absoloutely killed it with shipping, even in this pandemic they had this headset to me in Victoria, Australia with in one day!! As for the product it self in my opinion worth every cent. My last pair was the gen 4 a50's and I personally reckon just sound quality out of the box shits all over the Astros. All the settings and what not is just an added bonus but for anyone buying don't freak out with how quiet they are out of the box there is a volume limiter setting that you can access in the settings and turn it off and they are actually quite loud but still crystal clear all the way from lows to the mids and even up to the highs. 11/10 highly recommend.

Good, not great.

I bought these headphones to replace my wired, first gen, Steelseries cans, that have started to wear out, and I was hoping these would be a step up in quality, features and sound.

Poor sound controls when using surround sound

Not worth the price. Cant really hear both sound and party chat as it's too low. When you adjust it you basically have to lose the chat or the in game sound.

SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless Gaming Headset : High-Quality Hi-Res

The SteelSeries Arctis Pro is a mighty expensive wireless headset. With an MSRP of $330/£330 and availability as low as $270 on Amazon at the timeof writing, it's more than twice the price of the SteelSeries Arctis 7 2019 Edition wireless headset ($110 on Amazon at the time of writing), which we...

Comfortable headband design; Peerless swappable battery system; Crisp hi-res audio; Feature-laden base station

Hasn't evolved at the pace of other Arctis models; Expensive; No ChatMix thumb wheel on earcups; Needs base station to charge; Headband durability concerns

Overall Great But Not What I was After.

I got this as it was recommended to me and was told it could do the job, was a bit dissatisfied especially due to the cost of this item. Overall it's a great headset and works brilliant with the PC and Xbox, it's easy to set up on both devices as well as any phone.

SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless Lossless Gaming Audio System Review

+ Crazy sound! Well balanced. If you love bass it may not be the right type of earpiece for you, but the bass that is available is round and cuddly and does not take over. + I do not live big, but the only time I experience disturbances in the wireless is when I stand very close to the microwave...

Steelseries Arctis Pro Wireless Gaming Headset ,Lossless High Fidelity Wireless + Bluetooth for PS4 and PC, S1 Premium Speaker Drivers, AirWeave Ear Cushions, Lightweight Design, On Ear Audio Controls, ClearCase Bidirectional Microphone

The quality of the sound is great especially when listening to music. Bit of white noise when connected to pc and if volume limiter is off, but better if on and when connected through wireless. White noise is only noticeable when no sound is playing.
